denis boytsov a free agent or not????

i heard he is fighting on feb 17....but i heard the dude who bought the bankrupt universum is saying if boystov fights he will be sued.....
anybody know whats going on???

I think he is and he wants to move to US and hire an American coach. However, he has so many hand injuries that it is hard to believe he will achieve something. He goes to a hospital for surgery after every fight and dissapears for a year at least.
