Not too sure on the outcome, but it'd be a great test for Rigondeaux. He's missing that middle layer of quality opponents before jumping to someone like Donaire.

donaire is a huge step up in class, if he moves up so quick he's bound to get ktfo.

Rigondeaux has no chance against the much bigger, powerful and defensive wizard Vic.
Not a chance. Vic destroys rigo in 1 rd, maybe before the bell rings rigo will have a melt down and refuse to fight Vic.

Is that why he hasn't thought anybody any good in over 2 years since he nearly choked against the average Cordoba?

He's fought the best fights offered to him, an awesome level of comp for a guy with < 10 fights. But not really the kind of comp to prepare him for Donaire.
