wats the least amount of time to train for a fight?
i have my second fight in 2 weeks and i have been training the the gym 4 times a week, only thing is i havent done any sprints really just been so tired with training and work. also have missed training tonight to spend time with my girl.so will be only training 3 times this week whilst sparing once. is that to littlle 3 times a weeek? |

ehhh.....most would recommend at least two days...if your only doing 2 days you are leaving too many days off...also, from a conditioning stand point, I have seen charts that show what a huge difference that third day makes.

You've seen a chart? Wow, you must know the truth for everybody then. As part of a well periodised plan with some solid base work, then intense training twice a week is sufficient to maintain all the markers of fitness.
