Arum wants Castro to promote fights with Rigondeaux

Bob Arum has been joking around saying that Castro will help to promote Rigo's career , a way to blame Cubans fighter for no dragging enough fans to watch their fights.
Rigo didn't like his comment and he was asked in an interview about it( el Nuevo herald)

“No es primera vez que hace un chiste de ese tipo. El dice eso para sacarme de paso y desconcentrarme, pero no lo va a lograr. Arum sabe que a su niño lindo [Nonito] le voy a caer a piñazos y no se atreve a subirlo al mismo ring donde yo me encuentre. Quiero que todo el mundo lo sepa, yo quiero la pelea ya. La pelota está de su lado’’.

Rigo says;
This is not the first time he makes this kind of jokes,he says this things to distract me and mess with my concentration but he won't succeed .He knows I'm gonna beat his pretty boy( Nonito) and doesn't dare to put him in the ring with me. I want everybody to know that I'm ready.The ball is on his side.

As part of this interview Rigo says he keeps training without knowing who and when he's gonna fight, he doesn't care if he fights Mares instead but he wants to get in the ring ASAP .

I did and if I didn't agree with you was because you how they gonna jump me and accuse me of biased. But you made a whole lot of sense.
I still can't ignore Donaires incredible power and how will Rigo absorb some of his monsters shots.
It's why I call the fight 50-50
But your analysis was excellent and I agree with you 100%

For as long as they hang out with the monkey, Arum will make the monkey sign a contract to fight Castro at a catchweight.Castro obviously will shoot the monkey.

at least you're realistic, i got it 50-50 too, donaire by k.o. or rigondeaux by decision. Least bias cuban here sadly but you gotta stand up for your fighters. Nonito isnt too active so this will give rigondeaux much time to think and plan out. He may make some mistakes but if he isnt flat on the ground he can properly hold and survive.
