[quote=atigerofold;14675989]I havent watched the bout yet; I have seen a few snippets.....apparantly Tony congratulated Geale and his corner, whilst Anthony stormed off, it might just support a theory that Mundine doesnt listen to his corner, maybe Anthony does his own thing, goes on his own whims, doesn't listen to any other voice than his own? He certainly portrays this in his media character/ personality that wants to talk continually, and doesn't want to listen.....Anthony seems to be continually troubled and unhappy - and his opinions are always highly convoluted, and this does cultivate his audiences to the point of them shaking their heads in their own disbeliefs.

I will watch the fight.....and study for myself who dominated it and who I think won it (as both Geale and Mundine say they did).....from the snippets I have seen of the fight, I instantly recognised that Choc had slowed in his boxing movements and boxing techniques.....it is a shame that as we all grow old, the mind tells us how we should do it, as our bodies refuse to obey the message.

I heard Choc saying after the fight (in a video snippet) that Geale won't attract more than 200 to one of his fights in the future......this might be the case.....but in making this statement, Anthony needs now to realise that he, as the loser, would probably attract far less customers.

I'd like to see Anthony retire from boxing now, pick a new direction and challenge, get a Community qualification, gain some researched facts and knowledge, and work strategically with our Indigenous community, to build their confidence, and greater development through sporting skills.

Time to move on, and further up another ladder, Choc![/quote,

He is gone Glen, he needs to retire, the reflexes have left him, he can't pull the trigger. We all know he will never go to the trenches if required so i see him getting seriously hurt if he decides to continue against any one who can bang. imo.

the moment geale goes after a big gun is the moment he could lose!

international fights i think are risky...unless they are against some1 like bronco mkar/bums but lets face it daniel geale was prob mundines last big pay day.... unless he and danny green can work something out ... mundines big ppv days are dwindling and will soon be gone
The IBO 154 JMW title is vacant. He might go for that against Medley. The IBO were gonna sanction that shit for a world title 2-3 years ago Im sure they would do it again. Green can't make LHW anymore IMO. He was 10lbs over when he fought that Santiago can even though it was billed as a LHW fight on
Main Event,The Fist mag and even apparently his facebook.
He might just retire saying boxing is corrupt and become the man at lawn bowls.

I wouldn't think he'll keep going.
He knows he lost, he knows he's past his best and can't get it back.
He has plenty of money.
I don't think he could draw a lot of money for fights anymore.
His body isn't in the best shape, so why potentially injure it further.

Logic says his best bet is to hang em' up.

Runs in old army boots to imitate his hero Muhammed Ali, ****s his knees up LOL.

Cleans contact lens by putting it in his mouth, causes major eye infection and nearly loses sight LOL.

Starves himself to make JMW, fights Garth Wood at MW, gets KTFO LOL.

Spews racist hate rants, claims he's trying to unite all Australians LOL.

It would be nice to see the idiot do a proper job of something for once and I think retiring and fading away is the only thing he could do a good job of now LOL.

Could always rematch Green. I'm sure they could sell that one to the general public and both could retire with one last payday. He could prob still beat Danny, who has poor stamina

The bloke has no power anymore, the only punch he was able to get anything into was the right uppercut when Geale was bent over in front of him.

His hip's totally ****ed, he looked like an old man out there, he's done.
That's how I saw it too. Geale had improved, but Mundane had declined.
