It's a great example of a pretty brutal low kick stoppage, a bit of a rarity in the big Thai stadiums these days. St least it seemed pretty brutal in the flesh. Anyway check it out.

The fight between Looknimit Singklongsee vs Chanapetch 91 Roungrod was a pretty good scrap, well worth watching as was the main event which was a hard fought upset with loads of elbows flying in in the last round between Phalangphon P. Thairoungruangkamai vs Koutsakornnoi Sit. Petch Ubon (S. Chounlasan).

Getting all jittery now for the big Raja card next week.........

Thought I should post this fight the most recent Yod fight. Doesnt look as sharp as he was at his best but seems to have regained a lot of his aggression back. entertaining fight.

Bloody hell that was quick Yaca! Not even 24 hours.

I'm still having massive streaming issues but cos it's short I quickly watched the Aketawan fight on a friend's computer. The way they've edited that is not how the fight went down at all! The stoppage happened in the 3rd not the 5th. That's why it was such as clinical and exciting stoppage, I rumbled at the end of the 2nd Jomyoutjew couldn't put anymore weight on his lead leg and lent over to the two fellas next me me and said we may see a stoppage this round, shame I'm not a gambling man! Anyway, cos of the short time frame it looked much more brutal in the flesh.

Just for the record Aketawan is an ex Muay Sakon fighter returned to Muay Thai. That explains the crisp hands. Fighters with good hands tend to favour the low kick when fighting MT. Very much my cup of tea.

Anyway looking froward to watching all theses clips you boyz have posted here and in the ATG thread as soon as I can get things sorted. What you've noticed about Yod being more aggressive sounds interesting. A decisive JWP bout for a fourth time? Actually I think that ones run it's course.

Somluck won tonight, I personally felt Jomhod edged it but Boran pointed out that Somluck had a very strong 4th round.

Sam-A won only the 5th for me and he tried his heart out but had a horrible start. Salvaged a draw and, not quite sure what he was being offered but we saw the promoter try and put something up Sam's nose a few times and he declined. He remembered us and gave us a Wai! Stuff dreams are made of

Can't spell this kids name...Yodvicha or summat?? Anyway, he's 16 and beat Saenchai's conquerer Singdam. A clinch and knee specialist, this kid blew me away. Monster talent.

Great card, well put on and whilst I didn't get a picture with Somluck we were stood right next to him! Big for me, Boran is used to being in the company of legends, but we couldn't chase him down as he was tending to a cut.

Pornsaneh is the motherfuckin man! If only he was bigger would have loved to see him vs the top international kickboxers say like Masato, Zambidis, Kraus, Souwer...ect. you know at the height of K-1 MAX in the mid 2000's. He certainly has the right style. Besides that when Pornsaneh was in his prime anyway.

You know Im a big fan of Somrak, but I think Jomhod took it. Was a pretty good fight. Can you imagine if this matchup took place 20 years ago. Though back then I think Somrak would have won.

Boran is the opposite; he felt Somluck won this bout but Jomhod would've destroyed Khamsing back in the day. I'm inclined to agree with the latter.
