Anyone know about Polish heavy Artur Szpilka?

Szpila wants to walk all over Adamek yet he can't even walk the stairs.

damn that Palacios is ****in ugly.

On a side note......its somewhat surprising he's in Poland so early before the fight. Wlodarczyk better have his A game and better be more assertive this time or else he will get out slicked. Major props to Palacios for taking the rematch in Poland, after he pretty much got robbed the first time. On the other hand, what other country would pay to see this rematch?

Palacios has no fan base, that's why he's taken the rematch in Poland

he must be really determined to win that belt if he came to Poland with so much time in hand

Wlod has to KO him, he won't get another decision against Palacios

Szpilka is to return early next year on a card in Chicago, one possible opponent is Mike Mollo (20-3-1, 12KO)

I think this could be a good fight, both guys hit hard and have an eye-catching style, good fight for Spzila at this stage, even though Mollo has been very incactive (hasn't fought for 2 years)

Szpilka showing some humbleness, says he needs to take some serious conclussions out of this fight, he admits he has a lot of work to do, he says he needs more fights like this, to be thrown in deep water and learn how to react under pressure, instead of beating up cans and stop resting on the 'glory' of such fights

Szpilka's offense looked OK....

His power and speed were effective....

The way he combined lateral movement with his jab was good too

However, His strategy/defense seemed non existent. I think that they underestimated Mollo and payed for it. He should have never been hit by that 2nd knockdown hook. That was an extremely powerful and telegraphed punch, yet Szpilka ignored it because he was looking to counter Mollo with a KO punch.

Szpilka was busy looking for that beautiful highlight real knockout the whole night. He was throwing looping hooks and outside uppercuts instead of straight punches all night....

Szpilka has the personality and talent to become champion. I just fear that he is falling for his own HYPE train.

Exciting fight, but Szpilka showed the same weaknesses as usually.

Future champion? Well, maybe something like EBU champion at best... and I would not bet on that either.
