Yeah because you want to alter the past and "start over". Right. The past can't be changed, live with your lies.

So far you've given us a video of you and some guy dancing together and one were you bent at the waist while a girl used you as her heavy bag. And then you have the audacity to claim you were serious and asking for advice from the training section. You weren't, it was just more posing like we've seen in the past.

I said nothing about altering the past. People already know about my lies in the lounge. You're the one who put them out there...remember? And by "start over", I meant that I didn't want training forum people's judgement of me to be clouded by your vendetta whenever I do post a serious sparring vid. I mean, they already know now, but at least it wouldn't be in this thread, which has turned into a bitch-fest.

This is my very first post in this thread, along with the 1st "dancing" video...

Have at me. Forgive the fact that we were doing extremely light sparring. I'm sure the flaws still aren't that hard to spot
This is what I posted along with the second video.

Fair enough, RDJ. Here's another sparring session, although it is still a poor example, considering it was 6th round, 6th sparring partner... and exercise my trainer calls suicide. 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between, a fresh partner coming in there with you after everyone around. Suicide indeed.
Yes, those are definitely the words of a chest pounder who was "posing" as you call it.

But I'm done with this back and forth. We might as well be doing this via pm, because I don't think anyone else really cares. I have nothing against you, man. I've always found your dislike of me humorous. Nothing personal, not from my side, anyway. Hopefully we spar Monday, then I'll post a vid and see if you stay true to your word of giving a objective critique.

anyhow 5 years later I boxed again...and this time it was series of close loses....I fought at super heavy...which was stupid on my part...I am 5"9..i had added some muscle..but at that point 178 would have been the biggest I should have been. First fight I honestly feel I won, it was a Golden Gloves fight out in Pittsburgh. Next fight was against a guy way bigger than me, 6"5 280..not even that fat for that size...and I lost that I didnt try to move enough on him....I tried to bob and weave and come in aggressive..he would end up getting his hands on my shoulders and shoving me back...and than hitting me as he charged me down..i think the fight was semi close..but I lost that fair and square. Third fight at super heavy was against a guy whos nickname in the west pa area was white tyson, and he actually looked more like a white tyson than the pro version....he was on a 10 fight win streak...and i fought him..only fight i was ever stopped in....I guess i was concussed..eyes where fluttering around in my head..he hit me with a jumping head butt a bit before the stopage, and I think that was it..and I can say he was starting to get tired..having said that...I was straight up getting my ass kicked..and had already had a point pulled for excessive holding.

This year i was down to 200 pounds..was going to hit 178 and try fighting again..than my dad died and i stopped giving a shit...right now im fat..just recently decided i am going to try to get back into shape..

I help train at the boxing gym..and have been sparring their..i am going to start trying to actually work out as well...its m w f....and i work out with the mma team on tuesday and thursday.

My best boxing really has been in sparring...sparred a few pros but no one anyone on here would know....Weldon Branche, Tommy Wilt, Andres Taylor....
5'9.... no wonder you talk like you're a big man (Napoleon complex). Oh wait you just got down to 200 pounds, you are a big FAT man
Also there is no 160 pound division in the amateurs.. whoops

They'll be clouded by YOUR LIES (and of course your previous videos that were nothing but a waste of time)

Start out by posting that serious sparring video.

I fought at middleweight dumb shit..i weighted about 160 for my first few fights. I killed myself to make 154 for my 4th fight...which i lost..if you weigh 160 you fight at middleweight dumb ****....so you can fight a guy who has 5 pounds on you. however, in Pennsylvania at least...if both fighters agree they will often left you fight with a big weight difference...they do that even more now because less guys are boxing so its harder to make fights.

You said you killed yourself to make 160
Why would you do that when you have 5 pounds to play with?

Not bad. Having my coffee before I get ready for squats.

Not in the lounge much with the training I am doing but I am certainly enjoying MrUglyasdogshitx80 get exposed for the piece of shit that he is.

BTW, I suspect dealt_with is lefty and if memory serves me correctly he did fight at a good amateur level. That and apart from being an asshole sometimes, he does know his stuff.

I don't remember a lefty....

lol yeah he does, I would disagree though with his assertion that larger muscles do not use up more oxygen, that flies in the face of basic biology not to mention sports science. He also keeps wanting to engage me in rough play homo***ual wrestling (similar to the ultimate surrender porn series)

Lefty was a douche, he did know a thing or two but he was to much of a twat, I'd sooner take advice from virus, puma or jdsm.

Johnstown, that's that projecting I was talking about earlier.. I've never said anything even vaguely homo***ual and yet that's all you want to talk about. I guess if I was 5'9 and weighed 235 pounds I'd probably have a go at anything that even slightly resembles a living, breathing creature as well.
