The IBF are pretty strict in those sorts of situations. Alexander will get stripped IMO. I know there'll be a lot in sanctioning fees but the IBF aren't has brazen as WBA/WBC/WBO. Also Floyd has never bothered with the IBF before, he only won one (against Zab) but dropped it straight away.

This was the fight to see how good Brook is, if Devon fights in a unification fight that's disgusting as Kell is mandatory, but it's all happened before and that's boxing but more disappointing when it's a UK fighter. I guess the same happened with Stevenson and Froch who moved on for a bigger fight (Carl didn't pull out though)
