Member of the British Olympic team, beat Junior Jones (who beat that bum, Barrerra, twice
), Medina, almost went the distance with Hamed before his cruel fate was sealed when highly weight drained against Botile in only his 25th Professional fight.. he won the IBF Featherweight Title but if he hasn't suffered his life threatening injuries, could he have gone on to greater things?

He was a fun fighter to watch, loved his fights with Junior Jones, the kid was tough as nails and in your face all night.
Fighting like that you wont last long in the sport we will never know to be honest |

I think he became everything he could've become.
Busted up Hamed a bit, mostly b/c Steward and Suarez were laughably bad trainers for Hamed. Having a 5'3" guy who relies on unorthodoxy to stand upright behind a conventional guard. Lucky for them Hamed's power would bail them out a few times. |
