Besides Vitali , is there one champion ever in the history who has won all of his bouts without controversy?

Thats not the point. And yes, he does think about losing, if you dont think he thinks about losing a fight then you are not reading him right.
He knows its a possibility each time he fights, thats why hes as sharp as he is. Hes too smart to think otherwise.

But the point is, you answerd his question with Mayweather. And its not true. Mayweathers 0 already has controversy.
