I'd agree that Wlad hasn't been facing top fighters. Thompson may have been a top 10 guy, Wach top 15 at best, and Pianetta and JMM probably make the top 20 at best. I'm a big fan of Wlad and I don't like that his current run is bad, unless Wach or Pianetta go onto bigger things but I doubt it. He really needs to start fighting the top guys again after Pianetta, I think he will but we'll see.

The 4 guys I listed of Louis's may have been rated higher at their time than Wlad's have been at his time. But, I still think Wlad's opponents during that stretch were better than the guys Louis was fighting. The guys Louis was fighting were able to crack the top 10 due to the division being pretty weak at that time and no way does someone like Al McCoy crack the top 20 today.

Klitschko fighting Pianeta is much better than Johnson fighting Jeffries.

Jeffries has been retired for more than 5 years. Hahahaha.

2002 Tyson, a shot fighter, is also better than shot 1910 Jeffries.

Price Haye and Chisora all terrified of Wlad.

Clearly the Brittards will not accept anything less than a Chisora bout.

Wlad ducked Chisora TWICE
Haye wants a rematch
Wlad fought scared the whole fight

In a big balls contest wlad is no winner

thats when wlad said ...."lets make the fight in the summer and I want a fight now"... why should wlad sit on his ass from Nov to may/June because Povetkin wants a purse bid?

plus the fact that Team povetkin has pulled out twice before... if the fight was not put together in 90 days, then the 2nd highest purse gets another 90 days. now you are talking Aug/Sept

Team klitschko wants the fight this summer and it gives time for all the crap to be worked out... in that time..BOTH fighters can fight.... I dont understand what the big ****ing issue is

November 2012................"Hrunov said that talks would begin in earnest after Ukrainian WBA super, IBF and WBO champion Klitschko’s title defense against Poland’s Mariusz Wach on November 10. “After that fight negotiations will start, the position of Klitschko and the WBA will be clear,” Hrunov said, warning that Klitschko could still be upset by Wach, who has a 27-0 record."..........They had a deadline of Januray 17th to come to a deal and thats when it went to purse bids....Instead Wlad argued to make another defence and it was granted pushing purse bids for the fight back another 3-4 months.
