Boxing matches are scored on clean punching, defense, ring generalship, and effective aggression.
I would assume in a country like Mexico aggression and clean punching would put you in a favorable position with the judges. |

lol american judges score ineffective aggression though i remember in the first williams martinez bout harold lederman said you cant score a fight for the guy going backwards

Isn't the scoring slightly different in Argentina? seen score cards with 79-71½ for example? whats the deal with the halves?
