You can't put a time on something like that. It's the individual's ability to learn and translate those skills in the ring as well as their individual work capacity that makes them a boxer. Some will learn in a few months others a few years before they get it.

There's far too many varibles indivuidual to individual to put any kind of time scale on learning and conditioning.

If you are usually working 5x a week with your trainer for 3 years, sparring often and taking regular fights and after three years your no good then you wont ever be any good, so.. Like I said, "complete fighter", ie can deal with all styles and work on the inside and out.
