Agree partially. Thompson is more active than KJ in the ring so it would be a better bout, not to the point of being exciting though. Also Fury is more resistant and would never be stopped by the punch that got Price.

The rest would play exactly as stated.

50/50. Too many unanswered questions to go for Fury IMO.

What's he like against a wily southpaw? How does he handle someone as big as TT? Will he get frustrated when he can't catch TT clean?

Thompson is the biggest, most experienced fighter he would have faced. Add in that The Tiger is a composed southpaw and is coming off a career best win.

Fury would be in trouble if he came in like he did against Firtha/Chisora/Pajkic. I see the 'he'll outwork him' argument but can he really apply sustained, ACCURATE pressure on someone as slippery as TT. Maybe, he kind of did against Safety Pin.
