Default about Vitaly Klitschko's health

This is from livetv.ru translation from Russian:
Revelation of personal physician Klitschko rocked the world!
This is the end ...
Leading specialist Jonathan Degen, who works in Herzliya Medical Center of Israel, advised Ukrainian world WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko to retire. "I think that 40 years - this is the perfect age when it is dangerous for Vitali to continue training in boxing. He must stop boxing. He cannot win against all opponents, Vitali has already become a legend, and it's time to give serious attention to the health. During the fight with Adamek and at the press conference after the fight, I as an expert drew attention to the Vitaliís movement in the ring. I Notice, he owned a complete advantage, but could not put a single knockout blow punctuated by a helpless opponent. He was just hard to coordinate his body. Instead of just getting Adamek beats by strong butting. Someone says that poor Vitaliís striking technique, but I would argue clearly - it neurology. Let us remember his great fight with Lewis and Johnson - had he forgotten how to fight? Look also at the manner of Vitaliís speech, and compare with a record of the press conference before the fight. The difference in his behavior is very striking. I have studied this issue for a long time, and I can conclude that, after many years spent in the ring, most manifest so-called transient malfunctions. Man looks outwardly healthy, but the condition of the body ... It is primarily about the common features of amnesia, characterized by confusion, slow and impaired motor function, which may be precursors of progressive encephalopathy. This is well observed by visually: look at how often the boxers speak on TV - slow speech, unrelated words and sentences, often - explicit language "bloopers".

So, Vitali couldn't put Adamek on his ass due to some sort of neurological condition? Even though he used him as a punch bag for 10 rounds, busted his face up and basically sucked the life out of him?

His lack of one punch KO power has nothing to do with the many injuries he has endured over the course of his career? (knee, shoulder and back surgeries) Many noted since coming out of retirement the first time, he throws a lot more arm punches

He finds it difficult to co-ordinate his body? The man is 6ft7, weighs nearly 250lbs and has never been viewed as a graceful boxer. In fact, he has always been viewed as having heavy feet and maintains a quite unorthodox style. For such a big guy, his reflexes are good but at age nearly 42 have (as expected) become less sharp.

So yeah, he has a neurological condition/amnesia

I agree he should retire, but the neurological argument is just silly. How many other elite fighers have taken so little punishment in their careers?
