It was no accident, just mike loosing his head in a fight per unusual!

Referee discretion is absolutely sacred.

No commission anywhere with a storied boxing history would retroactively turn a fight into a DQ.

An NC is what happens when PEDS are used. Period.

And an NC doesn't erase the memory of what happened in the fight. W or NC, Ali got up from a heavy KD and tore Cooper's face to pieces. He then did it again in the rematch.

He's the better man h2h, and his legacy doesn't suffer. Doesn't matter much.

They were smelling salts, illegal in boxing, and they were used but are not PEDS.

A good example of a journeyman boxer is someone like David Jaco and Henry Copper
you gotta be pulling my chain!

Dave ****in Jaco! when did he fight a contender in front of 30,000?

when did dave jaco register in the ring top ten over a number of years?

When did he win 3 titles?

George Chuvalo lost and drew to guys Cooper knocked out and beat.

Dave Jaco, honest journeyman, was a stranger in his own town. Henry cooper was a national hero.

Ali was dropped by bums; Cooper & Banks. He simply is overrated because he could speak well.

He wasn't in his chin prime yet

But besides Ali his out of the world footspeed, his second best thing he had as a boxer was simply his facial structure.
Round face not a single sharp edge, thick skin.
When did we ever see Ali getting cut or heavily bruised?
