Olubamiwo has only had one fight for a loss since his drug ban from last time he met Se xton. Looking like Browne v Se xton then.

Posted on both his twitter on FB feeds...

Sick of all the behind the scenes bullshit in boxing.. I want to fight and don't care who, I want to get paid and live my life. Is that hard

I need a good contracts lawyer to get me out of this bullshit I'm stuck in... Any suggestions???

I've said before that I didn't think Hatton was doing a very good job promoting Browne. A record of won 19 (KO 17) means he should be getting a lot of media attention, sadly he's not. Bryant Jennings won 18 (KO 10) gets more column inches and IMO this is wrong.

Browne needs to quit Aus (no disrespect) and get over to the UK, where hopefully he'll be picked up by ******, Hearn or even Goodwin or Hennesy.

A promoter who put on shows would be a good start. Hatton is done. Bad move for Lucas

Browne has placed himself perfectly for a Commonwealth title fight and greed in the negotiations appears to be standing in the way of that fight being made. Browne will be 35 in a couple of months time and obviously wants to get on with his career before the opportunity passes him by.

Lucas' status updates...

So I'm slowly but surely getting to my goal.. I'm ranked #11 in WBC and #15 in WBA.. Comm title next and hopefully move up the rankings more

Absolutely over the moon with my gym and trainers ATM. 3 different styles that bring 3 different fighters out in me. Can't wait to let loose

Looks like Eric Martel will be his next opponent...

Browne said he wants 5 fights again this year... I love this guys enthusiasm, he doesn't want to sit around and play the waiting game, he wants to fight! I don't think he has the talent to beat anybody in the top 20, but I really hope that he keeps winning and gets a nice payday somewhere down the line. Definitely could have been something if he started boxing when he was younger.

I have always been critical of him signing on with Hatton promotions who don't have a TV deal ... his management were announcing it like it was some sort of coo .. Its pretty simple really - if his Management team had done there job properly there would have been a minimum time between fights in the contract & purse indicators. Had this been done then Hatton would be in breach of his contract & he wouldn't be calling out for a contracts lawyer as he could fold it into a paper plane & send it back to him.

I genuinely feel sorry for Lucas as he has a promoter who is looking to feed from him and 2 managers all of who need to be paid every time he fights. He wants to tidy his backyard if he is to march forward successfully.

Two Brit heavyweights in fights of interest today:

Tyson Fury going in against Joey Abell - just about to begin.

After that one Dereck Chisora vs. Kevin Johnson.
