'Winky' is a straight forward, but very effective boxer, with solid fundamentals.
The problem for him here is he is not the most commanding Middleweight, as was the impression he gave off against the miniature, Shane Mosley. Valdez was one of the strongest Middleweights in the history of the fight game, and he was dynamic to boot. There would be too much on the table here for 'Winky' to coolly control, like he was accustomed to. Valdez will not be neutralized from a jab as he bobs into range and throws them hooks. 15 rounds?! Wright would get beaten up. |
