Thumbs up Start Sparring Today

I start sparring today! Any suggestions on what to look for and how hard should I throw my punches?

Are you sparring against someone with a lot of experience?

It's better if you do.

Hands up, chin tucked, be relaxed, you WILL get hit, but be cool, everyone gotta start.

If its your first time, let the guy your sparring dictate the power in the punches. Just try to stay calm and relax. Its sounds easy, but that's where most newbies falter. Other than that, work your jab, don't forget defense, and keep that chin tucked.
