...Sparred in a "mixed" match with fighters of another (non-MMA) style? If so, how did it go?

Ive sparred with a few. I sparred with some traditional martial artists and had a fairly easy time handling them because they were so stiff and had low guards. The only thing I had to watch was the unpredictability of their high kicks when all else failed because they would try them.

I sparred with some Wing Chun guys when I was younger and found them to be fairly easy and out of shape, but awkward at the same time. They crowd the centerline so you just take the low line with kicks and use hooks upstairs to pull them off it. I did spar one good WC guy who was agressive, and instead of crowding the center line he crashed it coming forward and was a fairly tuff SOB.
