Magoo - i think you should PM a mod, this simply has to be a sticky this one.

Never too late to get back into a routine mate. Breaks are sometimes good to find the motivation the start up again. Gym can get a bit repetitive and turn to drudgery if you don't spice things up a bit.

Agree that this thread is stick-worthy too.

Oh and i agree about the weights, when i was taking the weigh protein and lifting at the same time, i use to only do about 10-15 reps in 3 sets and my chest was huge on my small body frame.

:EDIT: i forgot that the reps were including weights as well so 10-15 will probably be all i can do. More weight, the harder it is to do the sit up..

Don't be afraid to stack on more weight if you don't feel the burn as well. I've been known to do crunches whilst holding a 90 pound dumbbell to my chest in my crazier days.

90 LBS? That's pretty big. I'll probably start off with my 25 and see how it goes from there. Thanks for the advice.

And here i was thinking doing 15-20 decline with a 44 pound weight was impressive
