Default pain in my foot

when i jump rope, i get a pain in both of my feet, about in the middle. i used to be able to deal with it, but tonight it got really bad and could barely jump rope. Anyone have a similiar problem? i seriously doubt they are broken.

Default Re: pain in my foot

Yes, this pain is normaly for anyone how is new to boxing.
The archs of your feet are not used to the constant stress of Jumping Rope all the time and moving around in the ring on the pads of your feet also cause alot of pain in the begining to the arch of your foot.
Just ice it every night and continue to train. The pain will eventually fade.
