10 short sprints

Yep. All I did at SB was keep a log, and that can be done over here now as well. And you're here too, if you're not too busy with Mikkel that is

Mon Dec 22

5 mile bike ride
15 minutes jump rope
4 x 3 shadowboxing
12 x 3 heavy bag
4 x 3 shadowboxing
15 minutes cooling down
5 mile bike ride

In between rounds we had to do pushups and abs work. Again no sparring :(

I hate holidays, again no gym, again no sparring. Gym's open today though, thank god.

Can't you get keys to your gym? I've had keys for the last five years. Can go there whenever I want to.

You seem to have a good and solid training routine. Keep up the good work.

I've had them for a while but someone else needed em so I gave mine. Perhaps when my coach has new ones made I'll get a set again.

Thanks mate. I think it's a bit of a bore at the moment. All I do is box, run, bike and swim. I wish it was summer so I could swim outside, go out in a canoe, stuff like that.

Alright then.

Bore? I love it. The problem for me is that I usually train by myself most of the time. But then again I travel a lot for fighting. Right now it's just a little break between fights.

Do you have many guys to spar with?

Yeah, I hate swimming inside in the winter. That's a real bore. It's so refreshing to swim in the summer. I do it maybe twice a day if the weather is fine.

There are 3 or 4 guys close to my weight I spar a lot with, and some heavier ones I prefer to avoid

I will. I'm taking a girl I know to a nearby Island on Friday. But as you know I don't cope with inactivity too well so I prefer staying busy
