Maybe try putting your weight more on the inside of your feet, it works for me, helps me stay on the balls of my feet so i can move lightly and pivot easily yet i still i have the balance and the grounding to deliver solid blows at will. I switch-hit so balance is the number one priority for me, i think it's fundamental for any athlete anyway, you don't have that you don't have anything imo.
