Montiel apparently won comprehensively on the weekend - a couple of LEFT HOOKS sealed the deal.....(Vic's gotta watch those). He did mention Vic more than a few times - wanting him as his next opponent.

Bowie Tupou totally demolished his opponent...

Also, any further (confirmatory) news on Vic. I know Agbeko was pencilled in for June 6, but nothing further has been offered for a couple of weeks....

i reckon Montiel is a tougher fight for Vic than both Mijares and Arce, tough little bugger he is. I would like to see Vic take this fight before moving up, but i bet he wont...

I thought Vic had said he wanted to fight Montiel, he was just going to aim for one of the other bantam belts first, I guess he sees them as easier.
