Looks like you need to know more than just boxing, even if the other guy has only been training MMA for 6 months. I guess you can't just automatically avoid a takedown with footwork, or strength, or even 1 punch KO power. Hell, he wasn't even winning that fight on the feet, a few more knees and he was done.
