Any fighter within decent skills beats the limited Ruiz - assuming the rules are properly enforced, Baker wins easily.

Baker better avoid body shots, though - nobody overacts when hit with borderline shots to force bogus "low blow" calls like Ruiz.

I think that Baker is a notch or two above Ruiz.

The Quit Man would need all the help Don King could give him to get through this one.
