Nothin to excuse. Sugar Ray was not knocked out against Maxim, he retired in his corner between rounds. Your assesment of a fight between Robinson and Ketchell looks spot on.

Interestingly if we had had this debate while Robinson was champion there woiuld probably have been a 50/50 split in opinion.
Not saying that this is right but it shows how a fighters star can decline when those who saw them start dieing off. |

Ketchel, in his typical rage influenced frenzy, would bite Robinson in the jugular during the fifth round ending the bout.
Ketchel by biteing in the 5th Seriously tho you guys really underestimate Stanley Ketchel- the guy was not human. |

over 15 theres a chance that robinson can hold off the onslaught of ketchel and take a decision,could go either way for me, but if its longer i'd favour the maniacal ketchel to prevail.
