Przemyslaw Saleta?

Anyone ever see Saleta in action?

Massive Eastern superheavy. Listed as 6'31/2 but he had to be at least 6'6, looking at how Lennox and himself looked next to Oliver McCall.

Started his career at 190 some odd pounds and went up to past 250 pounds.. And still looked in amazing shape.

Seemed to have a very crap chin.

Anyone?

All I can say is he seemed to be building a bit of momentum and then ran smack into McCall...he hasn't really been the same since.

Hasn't he been retired for some time now?

Strange considering he was also the first to beat Krasniqi.

I like him, but the true was that he was more than lucky to get his win over Krasniqui.

His main problem was somewhat suspect chin - which, combined with his characteristic "shoulder defence" was the main reason he got KO'd several times. And he was KO'd not only by (semi)decent opponents like Mavrovic, Krasniqui (in rematch), Samil Sam or McCall, but also by a cuple of nobodies.

I guess now he is retired for good. He already kind of retired after Krasniqui rematch, but then there were rumours about his financial problems about the time he came back against McCall. More recently (I mean, it could be even year ago) he donated his kidney when his daughter was in need, so I doubt he'll be back.

I'll always remember how he fell as if he was shot by that perfect counter-right hand thrown by Mavrovic in their fight.

I watched the McCall fight recently and minutes after the fight he's in the ring with his ultra hot wife legitimately laughing it up with numerous people.

The man obviously didn't take losses very hard.

With a wife like that I'm not surprised. Better things to do than train for a boxing match!
