The "system" is fine. The corruption is not. Its not as big of a factor with Don King moving into the twilight of his career. Sanctioning bodies that carry fees for their title fights appoint judges?? How fair can that be? A national commission which controls the judges would be better, but whats to stop corruption from entering there as well?
I think all in all weve seem less controversial decisions with exception of the WBA which to me is very corrupt in the Valueav fights, and conincidentally Valueav is half controlled by King.

I think the scoring needs to be modified. A close round should go 10-9 to the winner, a round with a clear winner should be scored 10-8. This rewards fighters who clearly win rounds and would cause less shitty decisions IMO
