Larry Donald vs Alexander Povetkin

Okay Larry Donald vs Alexander Povetkin is a big upcoming heavyweight fight. Povetkin the 27 year old Russian former amatuer star will be trying to make a name for himself by boxing cagey 40 year old veteran Larry Donald. Donald is a respectable opponent and fought well enough to convince some people that he defeated then champion Nicolai Valuev. Donald has some very recognizable names on his fight history. Which column will Povetkin be in victor of victim? I think Donald has enough skills to test the up and comer in deep water. I really do not foresee a stoppage in this fight. However, I do believe Povetkin will win on points.

This could be an upset I saw a bad omen for Povetkin. Don Omega on boxing4real picked him to defeat Donald. That guys a reverse oracle.

I would like to see Povetkin go the full route of 12 rounds .
Donald is a cagey and durable vet.Good matchmaking-very interesting fight.
Donald can make you look very bad in the ring.I hope that Povetkin finds the tools to dismantle Donald looking good while doing his destruction work.

I think the Barret fight would have been much easier for Povetkin. Donald is a defensive fighter with a pretty good beard.

Donald's inactivity may be the difference between a decision and a stoppage here

Outside of the Klitschko's, I don't think it matters who you put in front of Povetkin.

donald is very old now - it's the same as povetkin v riddick bowe or buster douglass

Amazing step up in competition for Povetkin, but from what I've seen he's up to the task. Hands down the BEST prospect, and he's about to turn contender.
