micky steeds at cw?

i see from the sky boxing schedule that micky steeds is fighting troy ross for the commonwealth cruiserweight championship...

i always thought steeds was too small to make it as a heavyweight so it'd be interesting to see how he does at the lower weight. i suspect he still will be a fringe fighter even at domestic level though, and think he'll get well beaten by troy ross
