what do you think, I thought it was a great and excitting fight, I thought for sure Pavlik was toast after the second round but he is a true warrior. I also think Taylor should have taken a knee when he was getting beaten instead of taking all those shots but I dont know that would have changed anything. Anyways with the comback vicotry and overall great ring action in this fight is it worthy as a candidate for fight of the year?

Definetely FOTY candidate. Anyone who says otherwise is probably just a sore loser who bet on Taylor.

I don't think so. Vazquez-R Marquez 2 is #1. I'd even put Mormeck-Bell 2 over it as well.
Is it top 10? Was it an important fight? Sure, but, I don't think it is FOTY. |

Absolutely. This fight had everything: sagnificance, entertainment value, drama, questions that had been answered about both fighter and more. Actualy it was one of the best cards HBO had put together this year.
