Hi guys,
It's very nice that after Tontcho Tontchev we once again has a professional fighter, who may impress European fans I am very glad that I was in Berlin to see live the second pro fight of Kubrat. Here are some photos that i made (the use on other web pages/print edition without permission is prohibed. On the last photo is how looks the face of the Turkish fighter after 3 and half rounds with Pulev

I am sorry that will not be able to present on his third fight, cos it really will be very tought, but for sure i think Kubrat will not have problems. With the guys, we were in Berlin, we have a chance to speak a lot with Kubrat before and after the fight. He said that is ready to fight every week I hope that they will put the match ot TV.

Thanks for the pics
He looks a lot like Chagaev. Can't believe Pulev is fighting Oloukun in just his 3rd pro fight!

I think Bidenko is a harder fight than Brewster. After that Boytsov loss i hope Bidenko gets another good win or two under his belt & gets back in the mix. Big fan of his.
I also think that Bidenko is a tougher n ut to crack than Brewster at this stage of his career.
I also like Bidenko's style.Of course I will root for him against Helenius.I think that he will be able to outbox the green rookie and win a point decision.
Helenius is gifted and has certainly improved a lot under the command of that old grumpy Wegner ,but he is no second Boytsov and experience is a mighty factor in these kind of fights.
I for my part certainly favour Bidenko over Helenius!
True crossroad fight for Bidenko! He has to win this upcomming fight very badly.

That depends on what you're looking for. Bidenko is a solid skilled boxer but also feather-fisted. Brewster on the other hand isn't too great of a boxer, especially at this stage, but he has the punching power that could be the equaliser. Out of the two choosing Bidenko is definitely the wiser choice. Helenius is the Sauerland fighter on the Sauerland card so he is supposed to win this. Bidenko is the "opponent", so even if he is better, he has to win in very convincing fashion to get the decision and he won't stop Helenius unless Helenius is really china-chinned. A Brewster match-up is much more unpredicable because even if Brewster loses every minute of the fight, he can still turn things around with 1-2 punches. A knockout loss to Brewster would be much more damaging for Helenius' career than a decision loss to Bidenko which is rather unlikely.

Helenius will fight with Brewster on 5 December Sauerland show in Stuttgart, as well as Kubrat Pulev (who may face Bidenko or some other Top 50 fighter, if of corse beats his third opponent)

Truly spoken,nbt!

Brewster is a very wayward and unpredictable fighter at this stage of his career. You are also right in saying that ko loss would be far more damaging for Helenius' career than a point defeat at this hands of such a heralded fighter like Bidenko.
Good points,nbt!

This will be a tough fight for Pulev. It is so early in his career.

Just watch the fight. Very nice win for Kubrat. Without risks he took at all 3-4 punches for entire fight and clearly dominating in the entire match. Was very cool in the ring and it was like saying - give me some better guys. I want to see him directly against guys like John Ruiz or Liakhovich.

Props to Pulev for overcomming such a big obstacle in his third outing to the ring in the paid ranks!
Very well done! Olokoun, the Nigerian olympian and Brewster conqueror,is a damn fine scalp in Pulev's collection.
Bloody tough matchmaking! I very much hope that he will have some softer targets in front of his fists within the next 12 months. No need to rush him into murderous fights! He has proved that he is for real by beating such a experienced and capable operator like Olokoun in his third pro fight!

Thanks for posting. Seems like the man knows how to control a fight with his jab and make his opponent miss.

Yep, very nice jab. Very very sharp and accurate.

Strange guard the boy has...his arms are practically like he's about to hug his opponent. Whatever works I guess...as long as he's got good reflexes to compensate for that.

Quite impressive.
