Shadowboxing in public

well sometimes at work i think about boxing so when i go to the toilet ill shadow box in the cubicle lol... i aint ashamed...

but once i came out of the cubicle cause there wasnt space to practice footwork and i got "lost in the moment" in front of the mirror by the wash basins when a colleague walked in, looked at me in horror, then looked down at the floor and proceeded about his business.

I'm relieved, I thought I was the only one who shadowboxes on the way to the toilet. LOL!

If no one can see you shadow boxing it doesnt count as shadow boxing in PUBLIC. people who shadow box in malls and in front of people in public are absolute gimps.

I think that's what people are talking about, places where you think you're alone. I sometimes shadowbox while doing road work, there's a soccer field half way down the route. Normally no one can see me, but occasionally someone walks his dog and there's me looking like Rocky IV.

Run somewhere very secluded, when its dark- otherwise you'll look a pleb.

just don't go all out cos you look crazy. i try to make it look like i'm messing about. i continously think of the science at work and practice punches, defence, combos etc
