is it a bad idea to train on an empty stomach???

Here is one is it better to train on a full stomach or a small meal and continue to have small breaks and snacks?

Yeah it has gone down lately. What can we do to change it? Yes stupid questions are a part of the training forum. When I see stuff like this, I gotta laugh.
