Not individually. One top ten list. Fighters should be ranked based on H2H ability at the time when they fought Lewis or Holmes, not on resume. If you think Holmes won the second Spinks fight, you can put his name in parentheses. Leave Mercer off the list.

I'll put mine up. Granted, I should watch more fights from some of the early eighties heavies.
1. Vitali 2. Evander 3. Norton 4. Witherspoon 5. Cooney (he seemed pretty good even if he didn't accomplish much) 6. Ruddock 7. Shavers 8. Tua 9. Berbick 10. Golata I think Vitali posed the biggest H2H problem for a heavyweight chosen at random, accomplishments aside. |
