What distance do you guys usually practice sprinting? And how many sets?

I normally do hill sprints up this certain hill near my house. If I had to guess I'd say it's a good 100m from top to bottom.
I start with a full sprint to top, turn around, jog back down, 20sec shadowbox, and repeat.
Do it about 10 times. Then jog around the block back to the hill (about half a mile) then repeat another 10 times, then jog back home (about half a mile).

i do different distance each time, sometimes i do 200 meter sprint 10 burpees, 10 push ups and then jog back to the starting line with 30-60 seconds break
