My fourth upload. It's nice to get more footage of one of the more underrated fighters on youtube. This was nearing his end at Light Heavyweight, and in typical Spinks fashion, he loses the early rounds, and then everything changes in a heart beat.

I remember watching this on live television in 1985. I was working that day, as a busboy in a restaurant. The bitch hostess/manager kept getting mad at me for watching the television, but I had to watch it, because it was Mike Spinks live and I couldn't miss that.

Anyway, I remember being really impressed with Sears's performance during the first two rounds. I thought Sears had a lot of talent as I watched the bout. Next thing you know, Spinks had thrown his "Spinks Jinx" and it was all over. Amazing. Fast.

After that, I didn't have to listen to the bitch hostess/manager anymore, and I got back to work. Spinks kept his work short, and I didn't get fired from my job.
