Pacquiao of course is a mexican killer, but thats a bit different then being a killer of certain styles. Though I'd peg Hoya, Morales, Barrera as boxer punchers regardless.

Geroge Foreman and Joe Louis would absolutely decimate you if you came at them, to say the least. Not fighters you wanted to crowd or swarm all over.
