On your last week of training you should be slowing it down and focusing more on maintaining that weight and preventing injury.

If I'm fighting on saturday I'll train hard monday and tuesday, light on wednesday (no sparring, just a couple rounds of shadow boxing and pads), thursday I won't go to the gym at night but I will run in the morning and then friday I do nothing.

I used to train hard monday, tuesday, wednesday, light thursday and rest friday for a fight on saturday but the last few fights I've taken an extra day of rest (where I just run) and feel alot better.
