I know this thread has been done about a million times but......
I always find that when I stick to a press up regime in which they are carried out three times a week, I see a great improvement in the definition in my pecs. Would the effects be even greater if did press ups say 5 or 6 days a week? |

Not saying this is the right way but i dont really see them as part of my work out i just tend to knock out 100 at some point everyday. I dont care about looks but i feel it keeps my strength decent especially at the moment as my training has had to stop completely now due to injuries !

Everyone's body will responed in a different way.
The best thing to do is to just give it a go and see how it works out for you. Record your starting stats (measuring tape or photos of yourself) and keep a training journal of what you do. Exercises, sets, reps and maybe time frame. Then measure your progress after 6 weeks or whatever the time frame is that you choose. From this you will have the best answer that's right for you.
