Sweden
Seniors male 3X3 minutes
Female seniors: 4X2 minutes
This is international standards now a days.

Also, it has been said before here, but learn the basics first and then develope your skills.
It´s nothing wrong getting influences by the best fighters. Ordinary amateur boxing styles, that 90 % of the amateur boxers use is very easy to read and to be honest, if you use a different style you might destroy the best in the field just cause they are not use to anyone who fight´s in this new "different" style.
But to go out and try to box like mayweather after a couple of month´s is not wise, not even mayweather did that.
Cheers

It may also depend on the class, novice is 3x2 of that I am at least certain.
He was young, I think only 15. Dominated what he did in boxing and then moved into different martial arts. Nevertheless, he still says boxing is one of his goals. At some stage of his career he wants to start boxing professionally.
