Default Medicine ball weights

Hi there. I was planning on ordering a medicine ball, but wasn't sure what kind of weight to go for. I walk around at about 155 pounds, I'm 5' 8" and have a good level of experience for fitness but not for boxing. I plan on using the medicine ball for plyometrics. They're more expensive than I anticipated, so I only really want to buy one to start. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks. Would you recommend getting one with handles?
