I myself have a similar routine to him (which im going to change soon) but yes it has worked fine for me without sprints or weights, but im not about to come on here and claim they are useless and bullshit and im old skool bla bla bla. I plan to learn more and hopefully implement both this year, maybe not weights but deffo sprints and interval training.

Like i said ignorance is bliss
I only skim read his post, ignore what I said.

Thanks for the heads up Mr V.I.P
I should do some strength work again, the guy I fought yesterday was strong as an ox and I haven't done manual labour in quite a while. Kettlebells sound nice, perhaps I should get me one.

The kb is a bit pricey.

I highly recommend the book "convict conditioning"

My frontrunner for book of the year.

That's pretty cool and convenient.

I had to pay 130 dollars for my 70lb black beast.

Don't hate guys, my training has produced results.....

3-0 (3) amateur MMA record (while back), and a 15-1 (13) amateur boxing record, one loss was a robbery decision.

So no one who does sprints or lifts weights has ever produced similar or better results? Your the one claiming sprints and weights are bullshit and waste of time, no one is claiming your routine sucks or that it doesnt work.

convict conditioning seems extremely interesting. If the dragondoor hype matches the book, it could easily be one of the best bodyweight books ever written.
