Lately I've been getting mad stitches at the end of my runs, deoes anyone have any theories as to how to prevent them or how they pop up?
I try to stay well hydrated before a run so it's not that. Only thing differant in my lifestyle other than new regimes is drinking green tea, I'm not sure that would hurt though.

Learn to breath properly when running. A stitch is normally CO2 build up. Stay hydrated whilst you run and green tea wont harm as its a very good antioxidant.

lol. ...anyway I used to sometimes get certain pains whilst running. I gotta say though---try getting the thing your experiencing checked out. Its probably nothing but when your experiences things like that Id get it checked out. |
