Sounds to me that you may be overconfident, And mentally you think the win is already yours. I think you should get in there to win, not decide whos the better fighter before hand. Maybe that will help

Just approach every fight with a point to prove - that you are THE BEST!!!

I lost four in a row in the ams at one point. I also lost to a couple of complete dummies after been in the UK top ten both am and pro.

i lost to a lad who iv battered in sparring every time we go to his gym come fight night i was over confident had no nerves no adrenilin rush couldnt see his shots coming cos i was so relaxed and knew he wasnt as good as me and he beat me my first lost.after the fight my trainer told me EVERY MAN NEEDS BEATING and that stays in my head till the bell goes.
since then i iv won eight straight and i go into my fights now making sure that when this fights over the guy doesnt even one look at me when its finished.
being over confident is a big no no. hope this helps ya

Could be physical, or mental.

Look at every aspect of your life - have there been any changes in any aspect of your life that coincide with this dip in form? If you look hard enough, the answer will present itself.
