most days I train almost everyday
stretch 3 or 4 rds shadow-boxing 4 rds heavy bag (fast sharp punches) 2 rds double end bag 1 rd heavy bag (all-out power) 4 rds jump-rope 150 sit-ups 4 sets 25 push-ups Other spar 1 day/week run distance and sprints 2 days/week pull-ups 1 day/week weights (light) 1 day/week mitts -depends on coach maybe 1 or 2 days/week interaval work -same as above Note 5'9" 140 lbs orthodox age 24 Myrtle Beach, SC |
