Probably 2 heavy bags, a Maize ball/uppercut bag and an ordinary one. Providing there is space for shadow/skipping/circuits and mirror.

a robotic sparring partner and a fail safe off switch (I just to be on the safe side, I dont want to get beat on until the battery dies)
